Chris Sutley

Chris is a 3rd generation Coloradoan, who attended Arvada West High School and later Colorado College in Colorado Springs, where he received a BA in biology and a minor in chemistry. He was born again and spirit filled as a junior in high school and during his college years fell away from God and did his own thing for almost 20 years. Chris had a life-changing re-dedication in 1989 and began attending Happy Church which later became Orchard Road Christian Center.

His initial introduction to ministry was as a member of an on-fire singles group. Chris became involved in various forms of lay ministry within the church and experienced a life-changing event while on a short term mission’s trip to the Indian reservations in Utah and Arizona. “While driving the ministry van north on I-25, somewhere in New Mexico, the power of God came all over me and I heard the words, ‘Preach the Word, Preach the Word,’ over and over again. The power of the Spirit was so strong on me that I had to pull over to the side of the road, and I had to be literally carried out of my seat and set in the back of the van. At that point, I knew God was calling me into full time service, but I did not know how, when or where. Little did I know what God had in store for me down the road!

Some months later Chris attended a year long, lay-pastor internship program designed for men in the church who felt a call of God on their lives and wanted to be involved at a deeper level on the lay ministry side. After successfully graduating from that training, he became a cell group leader and was very successful at training and raising up new cell leaders who continued to multiply the vision of every member a minister.

In 1992 Chris began a position as a full time district pastor at Orchard Road Christian Center, responsible for leadership training and development, cell group multiplication, along with all the regular duties of a full time pastor. With God’s grace, He has raised up and equipped people in ministry positions around the world, including senior pastors in Florida and full time missionaries in Zimbabwe.

Chris is married to his wonderful wife JoAnne, and they have a blended family of 5 children and 4 grandchildren, all who are serving the Lord! Chris, along with his wife Jo, has a passion for training, equipping, mentoring, and empowering the people of God to fulfill the call of God on their own lives and ministry. Anointed, powerful, life-changing services are the result of Chris’s passion for teaching and preaching the uncompromising Word of God.

JoJo Sutley

Joanne Sutley, known as the first lady of Faith Life Fellowship, has been described by one individual as “the perfect pastor’s wife”. JoJo as many of her friends call her is known for her incredible gift of mercy and grace as God’s love is poured out through her love for people. She was raised one of eight children in the green and luscious valley of Springfield Oregon.

She became a Colorado resident in 1978 and has resided here ever since. She is the mother and step-mother of 5 wonderful kids ranging in age from 30 years old-15 years old, and a grandmother to 3 grandchildren with a 4th due any time.

In addition to raising her children to love, honor and fear the Lord, she has run her own full-time family business now for over 18 years. And if that were not enough, she has partnered with her husband Chris to answer God’s call to begin this new work in the southwest suburb of Denver to reach families and individuals who do not yet know the Lord, or are in need of training and discipleship.

Together, JoJo and her husband Chris make a dynamic duo in the Lord and both are committed to equipping, mentoring, and empowering your walk with the Lord. One of JoJo’s most passionate prayers is that every believer walk in, and fulfill their God-given destiny.
